What Our Clients Do

There are many steps involved in preparing and submitting your XML tax returns to CRA & Revenu Québec and in distributing the tax slips and forms to their recipients. But all that you'll do is order the services that you want and upload the data that you want us to process, AvanTax Filing Services will take care of everything else.

Here's how that works:

• You'll order our services at our Secure Client Portal (contact us to register or reset your account)
• You'll upload your data to private storage in your portal account
• We'll import your data into our system and validate it against the CRA & Revenu Québec XML schemas
• We'll prepare preview reports for your review
• We'll continue processing only on your approval
• We'll prepare & submit the XML return to CRA Revenu Québec on your behalf
• We can also (optionally):
• Print & mail recipient slips
• Email password protected recipient slips
• Prepare recipient slips for a corporate portal
• We'll prepare a PDF of recipient slips for you to distribute
• We'll provide final reports for your records
• We'll provide a data pack of all the work we've done
• We'll delete your data from our servers upon job completion
