What You'll Do

There are many steps involved in preparing and submitting your XML tax returns to CRA and Revenu Québec and in distributing the tax slips and forms to their recipients. But all that you'll do is order the services that you want and upload the data that you want us to process, AvanTax Filing Services will take care of everything else.

Here's how that works:

That's all you do! We take care of the rest:

  • We import your data into our system
  • We validate your data against CRA and Revenu Québec XML specifications
  • We prepare reports for you to review
  • We wait for your approval before we continue processing
  • We prepare and submit XML returns to CRA or Revenu Québec for you
  • We prepare a PDF of all slips for you
  • We can also, optionally:
    • Print and mail slips
    • Email password protected slips
    • Prepare slips for corporate portals
  • We provide you with an archive of all data and reports related to your job
  • We delete your data from our servers upon job completion
