Purchase Agreement

AvanTax eForms is purchased exclusively through the AvanTax Store. The AvanTax Store will display purchase details upon order completion, and will also email an order confirmation including these details to the purchaser.

A copy of the invoice will be issued after the order has completed internal processing. An invoice with a balance owing is to be paid upon receipt.

The invoice will include the eForms authorization code. The authorization code is required to enable eForms to prepare recipient slips and create XML submission files for Canada Revenue Agency and Revenu Québec.

Purchasing AvanTax eForms indicates agreement to these terms.
