Purchase Agreement

AvanTax eForms is purchased exclusively through the AvanTax Store. The AvanTax Store will display purchase details upon completion, and will also send an order confirmation email to the purchaser.

A copy of the paid invoice will be provided upon reciept of payment. The invoice will include the eForms authorization code. The authorization code is required to enable eForms to prepare recipient slips and create XML submissions. The authorization code will not be provided prior to receipt of payment.

Purchasing AvanTax eForms indicates agreement to these terms.
